Eden Bank Foundation reveals exciting new details about the ME token airdrop after August’s teaser!

The Magic Eden Foundation hasn’t announced the ME token launch date yet, but revealed a claim simulation will occur in October.

The token claim will be available via the Magic Eden Wallet.

ME token simulation in October

Excitement for the ME token airdrop is high, similar to other recent platform token launches. To get the community ready, Magic Eden will simulate the token claim process through its native wallet. As shared in a post on X, the project plans to release a test token in the wallet to demonstrate how users can claim their ME tokens.

The Magic Eden Wallet mobile app will let users link all their wallets—desktop, mobile, and hardware—enabling them to view their total ME claim in a single interface.

ME tokenomics to follow

The token used for the simulation will be a “simple test token” with no utility or value, as cautioned by Magic Eden. The ME Foundation urges users not to get overly excited about it. After completing the test, the foundation will reveal the project’s tokenomics and announce the token generation event (TGE) for ME, which could drive further growth for Magic Eden.

In August, Magic Eden revealed that the ME token will play a key role in the platform’s decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). Besides participating in DAO governance, holders will gain additional benefits like access to cross-chain trading within the web3 ecosystem.
